Rebecca is a Registered Psychologist who focuses on tailoring support to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. She is committed to providing a safe, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming space where people feel supported, respected, and understood.
Rebecca works from a foundation of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), integrating strategies from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She adopts a humanistic, strengths-based approach to support clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including trauma, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties.
Rebecca’s approach is collaborative and person-centred. She aims to empower clients to build insight, develop practical skills, and foster personal growth to create meaningful, enduring change.
