Available for in-person appointments at our Melbourne office, and also for Telehealth (video) appointments.
Nicole is a Registered Psychologist who takes a person-centred approach to therapy, valuing the inherent uniqueness of each person. She is dedicated to fostering a safe, collaborative, and respectful space, where people feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to draw on their existing strengths.
She understands that our relationship with our bodies, food, and movement are shaped by broader personal, social, and cultural influences. With curiosity and compassion, she works alongside clients to explore these experiences and develop greater self-understanding.
Nicole uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), tailoring her approach to each person’s needs and goals.
With several years of experience in the NDIS sector as both a Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Nicole is committed to providing neuroaffirming care. She has a particular interest in the intersection of eating disorders and neurodivergence.
