Stacey is a registered psychologist who values providing individualised and compassionate care. She is particularly focused on about providing neuro-affirming and gender-affirming care.
Stacey is an experienced eating disorder clinician who supports people experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Stacey is trained in Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) and Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E) for eating disorder treatment. She practices using a weight-inclusive and non-diet approach. In addition to eating disorder treatment, Stacey is trained in Schema Therapy interventions to increase self-understanding, address core beliefs, and make lasting positive changes. She uses Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to support people to recover from PTSD and C-PTSD. She also enjoys using interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people to identify their values and improve their quality of life.
