Fees for Mind Body Well Therapeutic Services
Effective August 1st, 2026
Psychological Therapy
- Full fee: $297
- Senior / Principal Psychologist: $307
- Concession fee: $247 *
- Provisional Psychologist fee: $100 **
Dietetic Therapy
- Full fee: $247
- Senior Dietitian: $257
- Concession fee: $207 *
Professional Supervision
- Psychology Supervison: $300 (incl GST)
- Dietitian Supervision: $250 (incl GST)
* Concession fees: Available to Health Care Card holders only, and are NOT available with our Senior Therapists, or for After Hours appointments.
** Eligibility requirements for our Provisional Psychologist can be found on our Low Cost Provisional Psychology Clinic page.
After hours surcharge: Additional $25 for all After Hours appointments (5pm onwards).
Session duration: maximum 50 minutes.
All fees will be charged to your nominated Credit Card on the day of your appointment (or the following morning in the case of late afternoon appointments). Successful payment is required in order to confirm future appointment bookings.
Cancellation Fees
- More than 48 hours notice: no fee
- Between 24-48 hours notice: charged at 50% of the usual session fee
- Less than 24 hours notice (or non-attended): charged at the full session fee
MEDICARE REBATES
In order to claim a Medicare rebate for part of your session fee we will require your referral and eligible care plan from your Doctor (Better Access to Mental Health Care Plan, Eating Disorder Management Plan, or Enhanced Primary Care Plan). Please arrange for this to be emailed or faxed to our office prior to your initial session, or as soon as possible after receiving it. Claimable receipts cannot be issued for sessions which occurred prior to us receiving your plan.
If you would like us to process your Medicare rebates directly for you at the time of billing, please ensure you complete our Medicare Claiming Form.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not a bulk billing service, an out of pocket fee will apply.
NOTE: Medicare rebates are not available for sessions with our Provisional Psychologists.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE REBATES
We are unable to process private health insurance claims – you will be provided with the receipt required to make your claim. (Please note that according to private health rules, you cannot claim from both Medicare and your private health insurance for the same session).
