Psychologists and Dietitians at Mind Body Well are available for online therapy
Online therapy can be helpful for people who are:
living in non-metropolitan areas
parents of young children
working long hours or shift work
unable to get to our office for a variety of reasons
How does it work?
Mind Body Well provide online therapy via a secure online platform called Zoom, which enables you and your therapist to have private, uninterrupted sessions in a safe forum online. You have the benefit of accessing therapy from wherever you are, with therapists you know you can trust.
Sessions are booked ahead of time in the same way they would be if you were to attend at our office. Fees remain the same as our in office sessions, and the 50 minute timeframe for sessions also applies. All other policies are also consistent as with in office sessions, including our cancellation policy.
Who online therapy is not appropriate for
Online therapy is not appropriate for anyone who is needing a high level of care, particularly for those who have very serious mental health issues and/or are medically compromised. If you are unsure whether this is appropriate for you, please complete our New Client Request form and we will be in touch to discuss your needs.
