Psychological Counselling can take different forms depending on both the approach of the therapist and the needs of the client. Psychologists at Mind Body Well approach therapy in a manner which is person centered, creating a unique therapeutic approach in collaboration with each client.
Accredited Practicing Dietitians are qualified health professionals who can assist people to translate scientifically relevant nutritional information to their own lives and circumstances, establishing eating pattern which nourish body and mind, enabling people to live well.
All of the practitioners at Mind Body Well have significant experience and skills in working with people with Eating Disorders, body image and concerns with weight and shape.
