Accredited Practicing Dietitian
Julia is a warm and caring Dietitian with more than 18 years experience helping people with Eating Disorders. She provides dietary education and nutritional counselling to support her clients as they work to overcome disordered eating behaviours and towards freedom from eating and weight concerns.
Julia’s key belief is that recovery is possible. She works to build a relationship with her clients that is open and honest, and has a flexible, client-centred and collaborative approach.
Julia has worked in specialist eating disorder units in both public and private hospitals in Melbourne and continues to provide dietetic locum cover for the Eating Disorder Day Program at The Melbourne Clinic in Richmond.
As a Consultant Dietitian at the Melbourne Dietetic Centre in Balwyn she has provided individual consultation to clients with disordered eating and weight concerns for the past 15 years.
Julia loves holidays at the beach, travel, yoga, good food, music, growing vegetables and spending time with her friends, family and her dog Abi.
Julia is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist.

Julia has had more than 18 years experience assisting people with Eating Disorders in clinical, outpatient, and private practice settings. She provides dietary education and nutritional counselling to assist people to enhance their health and wellbeing, and she works with her clients in a collaborative, respectful manner to assist them in making change.
Julia also provides nutritional and dietary counselling for people with a wide variety of issues related to weight and wellbeing, combining nutritional education and behaviour change strategies to help her clients enhance their quality of life.
