Rosie is a Psychologist who prioritises building therapeutic relationships with her clients to provide evidence-based treatments.

She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and has experience working in multidisciplinary services for eating disorders and persistent pain. Rosie draws on evidence-based treatment modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). She approaches sessions with sensitivity, curiosity and warmth, aiming to empower her clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and cultivating a meaningful life.

Rosie is dedicated to ongoing learning to provide treatment that is neurodiverse affirming, LGBTIQA+ inclusive, and sex positive. She is aware of the impact that stigma and discrimination have on mental and physical health, is aligned with Health At Every Size principles, and believes that people should be treated with care and respect regardless of their identity, body shape, size or health status.

Rosie is also an experienced yoga facilitator, with a long-standing interest in movement and somatic practices for wellbeing. During her Master of Clinical Psychology she researched iRest Yoga Nidra as an adjunctive mind-body therapy for persistent pain within a public health service.
