Dominique is a Psychologist with 5+ years’ experience working in private practice and educational settings. She uses an evidence-based, client-centred approach to work collaboratively with clients to help them reach their goals. She is passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food, their body and exercise. She particularly enjoys working with dancers, and with women through pregnancy and post-partum.

Dominique works with a range of mental health concerns, most commonly including:

  • Eating Disorders and disordered eating

  • Body image concerns

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Stress management and general wellbeing

Dominique uses a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT and CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM). Dominique is aligned with the Health at Every Size (HAES®) principles and works from a non-diet approach.
