Emma is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who supports people navigating eating disorders and long-standing struggles with food, body image, and weight concerns.

She works alongside people experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, and the effects of chronic dieting, offering a supportive environment where these experiences can be discussed openly and safely.

Emma’s work is grounded in a weight-inclusive, non-diet philosophy which prioritises gentle nourishment, flexibility, and safety around eating. Emma helps her clients challenge food rules, ease fear and guilt linked to eating, and reconnect with internal cues while recognising the real impact of weight stigma and diet culture on wellbeing.
